Unicorn Chex Mix
Our family cannot get enough of this Unicorn Chex Mix! It is seriously addicting. This is a perfect party snack to serve next to some tasty Unicorn Bark and both treats will definitely wow your guests! They were a hit at my daughter’s Magical Unicorn Birthday Party.
Start by making a half batch of these delicious Colorful Muddy Buddies.
You will need:
2 cups Colorful Muddy Buddies
1 1/4 cups Pretzels
1/2 cup M&Ms
1/2 cup Honey Roasted Cashews (or your favorite nut)
Rainbow Sprinkles
1/2-3/4 cup Candy Melts per color (I used pink, purple and blue)
- Mix and lay out your ingredients on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Tip – The M&Ms will stick better if you keep them separate and sprinkle them on after you drizzle your candy melts.
- Melt the candy melts in the microwave in 30s intervals. Be careful not to overheat or allow moisture into the candy melts as they will seize.
- Drizzle each color and add sprinkles as you go.
- Chill until hard.
- Break up into pieces and serve!
Unicorn Chex Mix

Instructions
- Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix and lay your ingredients onto the sheet. You may choose to set your M&Ms aside and add them with sprinkles later to allow them to stick better.
- Melt your candy melts in the microwave in 30s intervals. Be careful not to overheat or allow moisture in the candy melts as they will seize.
- Drizzle each color over your ingredients.
- Add sprinkles and M&Ms.
- Chill until hard. Break into pieces and serve.
