Bottle Cap Letters
Looking for a fun and hands-on way to help your child learn letter recognition and sounds? Bottle caps and stickers with letters are a creative and engaging tool for early literacy! By placing stickers with individual letters on bottle caps, your child can practice identifying each letter and the sound it makes. Combine this activity with the worksheets below that encourage matching the bottle cap letters to spell out simple words, making learning both interactive and educational.
You will need:
63 bottle caps for all of the letters and numbers
(26 upper-case, 26 lower-case, 11 numbers)
1 inch round sticker sheets like these or full sheet sticker paper
1 inch paper punch for full sticker sheets
There is a dot at the bottom of each circle to show which way the letter is supposed to go. Little miss caught right on!
*Tip* Cut these sheets in strips and laminate them. Put them on a ring. This would make a great center!

The stickers can be printed on 1 inch round sticker sheets like these or full sheet sticker paper. I use full sheet sticker paper and punch them out with a 1 inch paper punch.
Then, simply stick them onto your bottle caps!

I bought the 1″ Round Labels for bottle caps. Do you have a template you share that could be used to print letters for bottle caps? I tried clicking on the picture on the above website but does not work.

Linda, Thanks for bringing this to my attention! I fixed the link. You should be able to click the picture and download the image now.

Hey! I wanted to print these bottle cap letter templates, but the link isn’t working for me.

Madeline, I’m sorry the link isn’t working for you. It looks like it should be working on my end. I sent you an image version via email just in case you still can’t access it. Hope this helps!

I can’t get the upper and lowercase letter template to print . It says the link is broken, but I can print the word cards……

Hi Yvette, thank you for your feedback. This was an older file. I just updated the file with a more printer friendly version. If it still doesn’t work for you, feel free to email me at raisinghooks@hotmail.com and I will send you the file personally.
